Bee Haven Hens Homestead is not responsible for the outcome of hatching eggs once they have left our homestead, whether shipped or hand-delivered. While we take great care in packaging the eggs, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise.

Bee Haven Hens Homestead does not guarantee hatch rates. There are so many factors that affect hatch rates however I do test fertility periodically to ensure the eggs are fertilized.

There are no returns or refunds!
